I got about half way through the state when I couldn't hire any more drivers. Perform more jobs until you can afford a new Iveco Truck and hire a driver for it (89,100 + 1,500 = 90,600 euros for a truck plus driver). For them to tell you they don't have one means either:-. 1. You sold their truck by mistake. 2. You relocated driver without their truck. 3. You relocated truck without the driver. I have had such messages in my early days when I was replacing my fleet just to spend the money.

For a few days now I have had a garage in each city of the game. Unfortunately a good 1/3 is not provided with drivers, I have this message which appears: "There are no drivers available at the moment. Come back to see us tomorrow! " ("Il n'y a pas de chauffeurs disponibles pour le moment. Revenez nous voir demain !") I come back every day, sometimes several times, but nothing helps, no driver 12NT.
