Since the upgrade to Windows 10 my Blu-ray player does not detect a blu-ray disk. I have updated Cyberlink PowerDVD, installed VLC and Leawo Blu-ray Player. Nothing. Also a driver update for my Blu-ray DVD player is not listed on the software update page. Does HP have a listing somewhere for a more current driver.
We have tried an external CD/DVD read write drive which worked for a while as plug&play, but when we tried a new external DVD/Blu-ray read write drive the Surface Pro 4 could not recognize it.
